As a licensed professional counselor and licensed chemical dependency counselor, I'm here to help you address issues which may be affecting your quality of life or those of your family.

My goal is to help you find solutions that will empower you to make daily life and lifelong changes.  I will also help you identify your strengths, help you see the process of what is happening, help you with communication issues and help resolve issues so that you may live a more fulfilling life.

In addition to daytime office hours, I also offer evening and weekend appointments (on Saturdays) to meet the needs of clients who may have difficulty obtaining counseling during their work or daytime hours.

Please give me a call to schedule an appointment if you'd like to begin the journey to find solutions to a happier, simplified life.
